this isn't a bad product by any means, and you get a really nice amount for how much you pay. the tub is pretty too, and you can see the little gel bubbles through the sides. i just think it's a little overhyped in the korean beauty community.

i've heard from basically every source that this is one of the things you must buy if you ever go shopping for korean products but i don't think it's that stunning.

it's a sturdy gel consistency that sinks into the skin quickly with minimum stickiness and a really nice fresh smell. it makes the skin a little softer and does have a soothing, cooling effect. however, and this may just be because my skin is dry, i don't think it's incredibly effective as a moisturizer. this may be due to the alcohol content (although it isn't a ton) but it's just not very reliable with retaining moisture, especially on the face. on the body it should be fine so long as you're not particularly dry, and i don't find it particularly useful on hair either.

once it becomes hotter outside this may be more useful, but at the moment i don't find myself reaching for it much. it's nice, but not so much of a necessity as people make it to be.
