I've never heard of Ogana Cell before,

apparently it's by someone named Ogana.

I looked the name up on internet,

and he's a dermatologist.

So he knows his game.

This is Ogana Cell Toner.

They call it Heaven Water, but it's essentially a toner.

It is said to have high concetration of petide inside.

It wil help with skin regeneration and wrinkle control.

The case is pearly,

but I don't think the photo is doing the justice.

It has an inner cap.

You gotta remove it.

It's like any other toner,

just have it on a cotton and wipe along the skin texture.

It's really mositurizing.

The scent is really strong.

I personally don't prefer products with strong scent,

so it was a bit disappointing.

I really haven't been feeling any change at first,

but after 10 days or so, I think my skin texture has gotten more beautiful?

I think makeups work a bit better now.

but I think it's really good product.
