This toner is really milky but not very thick.  Around five drops is enough to cover my face and neck so this'll end up lasting a long time for me (I only normally use it at night).  I'm enjoying using this toner so far because it moisturizes pretty well but I do need something to put over it because on its own it isn't hydrating enough.  It's also been making my face and neck look a little bit tighter and more full so that's been nice.  The one thing I don't really enjoy though is how much fragrance this has.  The scent isn't unpleasant and sort of perfumey, but it never seems to die down so I can still smell it the next morning.  I'm sensitive to products with a lot of fragrance but I haven't noticed any adverse effects from the fragrance thankfully.  The reason I have a problem with the fragrance in this product is because it's a personal preference to have as little fragrance in a product as possible, but there are some people who don't have that preference.  If you're like me though make sure to patch test this for awhile just to make sure you won't have a bad reaction to the fragrance.  I probably won't buy this hydrating toner again but I'll keep using it until the bottle is finished.
