On my lips the mousse appears to be more of a neon coral than the neon pink shown in the official swatch photos, it has a warm undertone and isn't that flattering on my teeth and tanned skin :( The mousse has a fruity, citrus smell which I adore, it really reminds me of summer. It has a matte velvety finish, though like most matte products, it clung to the dry parts of my lips, so I would suggest exfoliating and applying a good lip balm before you apply the lip mousse.
