I've always had good experiences with The Face Shop products, but my lucky streak ended with this gift set. The products didn't irritate my sensitive skin, so that's something... but I didn't notice any improvements either. The toner and the emulsion have a very heavy perfume-y smell, so they wouldn't be a good choice for someone who's sensitive to scents. The cleanser is nice, and since it's full size the set was a good value. I just wish I liked the rest of the products as much!
