Rate Date 2019-04-18 01:54:19 Recommend 7 Recommend Views 262 #02 Velvet Brown is a beautiful chocolate brown color, ideal for a natural everyday look. The formula is quite liquidy but not runny. It's lightweight and doesn't clump, it's smudgeproof and waterproof and didn't hurt my eyes. However, I don't think it works well on my eyelashes, I don't see any difference when I use it but it may work perfectly on people with short eyelashes since the wand is thin. The packaging is beautiful, though.
